The ClareHAL 102 Flash Tester is a programmable hipot & DC IR tester that features isolated floating test outputs. The ClareHAL 102 Flash Tester boasts a user interface which enables it to be used manually within laboratory, audit and product compliance environments. When used with a barcode scanner the production flow is automated and the ClareHAL 102 Flash Tester can be linked directly into most ISO quality systems.
